It pulls incident-relevant information, and processes it, from various institutions, such as organizations that are involved in emergency response and partners in the municipality. As already shown on various occasions, the department uses a navigation assistant which utilizes Semantic Web Technologies/Open Data and is based on some of the innovative concepts created by netlabs.org.\nAs the project is moving ahead, we are currently creating more interfaces on the same data, enriching the data, collecting more data from local government departments and putting data around previous incidents in the Linked Open Data (LOD) cloud.\nThis session is intended to give a real-life use case to illustrate the process of using Semantic Web Technologies and to show the dynamics of data-driven interfaces based on Semantic Web data.
